I believe this pulley (3765427CB) is the extension pulley to the water pump on 66/67 BB A.I.R. Smog cars. Please verify.

Yes, that's its application. It's the AIR pump DRIVER pulley for 1966-67 Corvettes with L-79 and K-19.

Checking further, it looks like the 3765427 was used for BOTH L-79 and L-36/L-68 with K-19. I thought that the L-36/L-68 application used a 3 groove pulley on the waterpump but, apparently, not.

The "CB" is a broadcast code for the 3765427 pulley. It would be present regardless of what application the pulley was used for, although it's possible that some pullies did not have it. Either way, a 3765427 pulley is the same exact piece, with or without the broadcast code.

Joe- in an old post about the 3765427 pulley....or add on pulley to the water pump......do you happen to know in a 67 427-400 HP L68 with K-19 sceanrio....if this AIR pulley is added on furthest from the engine.....and does it have a spacer or other part that is between it and the 3906656 two groove pulley......thanks for any thoughts on this set up, as I am working on this now on a rebuild of a 67 427-400 and getting all the pulleys reconfigured!!!

The GM #3765427 pulley is installed in front of the 3906656. In other words, the 3906656 is installed on the waterpump first, then the 3765427 is installed. I don't even think the pulleys will seat properly if the order is reversed.

There is no part installed between the 2 pulleys.
