Re: Corvette hire car
I doubt it. I know that Hertz rents C6 coupes though, yellow with black stripes and the 6 speed paddle shift automatic.Chris Enstrom

Re: Corvette hire car
Just working out my holiday and a mate hired a yellow c6 and wondered if I could hire a C6 or a Z06. I thought the Z06 would be more fun !!! Stewy- Top

Re: Corvette hire car
Depends on where you are.
There used to be a place in Orlando (may still be there) that was called Rent -A -Vette.
You could rent just about everything from a classic Vette (they had a 59) to a relatively new (at that time) 95 ZR-1.
A number of the bigger vacation areas have similar organizations. Google it.- Top

Re: Corvette hire car
Stewy,
Hertz includes the Corvette ZHZ in their Fun Car class, not available at all locations. Didn't show up in Orlando, may have them at LAX, are available at DFW. Coupe is $166/day, convertible is $176/day. Hertz website could not open up their link to "details". When Hertz first announced the Corvette rental program, I read in a travel magazine that you are limited to 100 miles per day. Not sure if that is still the case. Hertz website does state the requirement that you present a current utility bill in your name and address matching your drivers license name and address in order to show proof of whatever!- Top

I can't recall how many miles my mate did but it was heaps. It didn;'t cost him that much. I know he drove from LA to Las Vegas and back. Stewy- Top

There are two kinds of friends; the friend you call to bail you out of jail and the friend sitting next to you in the cell saying "Damn, that was great"!!!- Top
