Exhaust system for 66 - recommendations

The exhaust system that came on my 66 has a dented pipe & muffler. It is not original and think I should replace the system...any suggestions? (it does not have offroad exhaust)

Dan, it depend on what you expect to do with car if your looking for correctness gardner exhaust is the way to go, if you want a drivers system corvette central sells a nice system that less expensive.

Try Allen's exhaust. (http://www.allencorvetteexhaustsystems.com/).. Installed theirs on my '72 and it installed as original. A little black out and it looked great and sounded great too.....

I picked up an Allen's system at Carlisle, didn't have a chance to hear it yet but the fit seems good. I'm happy with it so far.
