Vin Stamps
Were engine & transmission stamped by same person ...using the same gang stamp ( 67 model year )...?

Might have been the same person, in a sequential operation, but couldn't have been the same gang holder, as they would have had to add the "S" after the prefix '7' for the trans, but not for the engine pad.
Others will no doubt fill us in on the timing details.
I believe the last years that the stamp was the same gang holder was 1963 and 4. In 1965 they (eventually) dropped the trans prefix '5' and replaced with the 'S'. Then, in 1966 they added back model year before the 'S'.
