C3 Hose clamp finish

What is the correct finish on the different clamps on a 71
1- Tower clamps on the crankcase ventlation hose?
2- tower clamps on heater hoses?
3- clamp on the power steering hose at pump?

Are these a glavanized finish, can they be replated or is there a good way to clean them up so they look new again?

1 and 2 were galvanized. 3 was either galvanized or zinc plated. Restoring a galvanized finish is very difficult, especially because these clamps were made from material that was galvanized prior to cutting and fabrication.
