    C1 Restoration Shop

I'm looking for a good shop to paint and rechrome my 60. It also needs a new windshield and post repair. Any recommendations? I'm considering AZ Restorations in Tempe, AZ.

    Thanks

    Hi Bob,
I sent you an email. I have a few shops that I found in our area when I was looking last year. I am happy with the one I chose for my 1960.
I hope to hear from you soon!

            Hello Steve,

Sorry for the delay. I went over to Iowa to help out the Heartland Chapter with their Chapter Judging Meet. Great time, people & Corvettes!

The shop working on my 1960 is http://www.midwestcorvettesandclassics.com/
            in Kearney, Missouri.

My car is the third one down on the restoration page, entry photo is what it should look like when finished with back ground of Colorado Springs / Pikes Peak. Sold new in Colorado Springs, hope to return there someday to at least drive it part way (the paved part) up Pikes Peak as it did in July 1960!

I catch alot of guff about using a shop in Kearney, MO since I live in Kearney, NE; but I just tell them, hey, I at least I won't forget where I left it!

            Have a great day!

It was nice to see him mention how to locate the original color Noland and I wrote about (many) years ago.

No, I picked a shop in Lincoln that came highly recommended.
