Any know the correct finish of the 4 center bolts & washer for the rear spring bolts?

There was a discussion about this a few months ago. Search 'spring bolt finish'. The consensus was black phosphate.

Absolutely black phosphate.

Keep in mind that "black" phosphate varies from almost black to a dark gray. At the "almost black" end of the spectrum, it can look somewhat like black oxide.
