    C-4 back-up lights

Being slightly balder after trying to track down why my back-up lights on my '94 are not working I'm turning to the knowledge on this board. The only thing I haven't done is replace the switch on the transmission. Is the switch adjustable, or is it a break and replace switch? Not too easy to get too, but if that's what it is, that's what it is. It's the only thing I have inop on the car and want to get it fixed before the judging manual comes out, which I hear is soon.

Can't say for sure on yours, but I have replaced switches many times. If you have the service manual, i believe there is a diagnostic procedure to pinpoint your problem.

Common problem on the 6-speed. I didn't notice mine ('92) had failed and missed those ops points. The fix is to replace. I haven't done mine yet, but I read that you drop the slave cylinder and use an offset O2 sensor wrench on the switch.

I forgot to mention, I did all the troubleshooting in the service manual. I was hoping there was something I was missing before I attack the switch.
