Re: Fiberglass parts supplier in Oregon
Ned,
The pieces for my front surround on my '64 coupe came from Corvette Image and was put together by Wayne Womble (NCRS member 5569). Search the archives for this supplier and you'll find a lot of information. A lot of people have had problems with their panels. I believe paint bubling from uncured fiberglass. My car is two years post paint and I have experienced no problems (knock on wood) to date. However, the body shop who did my work cured the surround in their paint booth before installing and painting. The fit was very good, a compliment to Wayne's work.

Re: Fiberglass parts supplier in Oregon
Michael, Thanks for the information, I did give them a call and talked to them today.
Curtis, Id love to hear more about their product and any problems anyone else has had. Also Im going to look into the "curing" before I paint. I dont have a booth but can get it in one for the curing process. I need to get more information about curing in a booth ie temp and time.- Top

Ned,
I'll check with the body shop that did my work as to time and temperature in the booth.
Sermersheins is another supplier who you might want to look into. I do not believe they have a web page and I don't know there number off the top of my head. Again, do a search in the technical archives and you find a lot on them as well.
