    C1 Gas Cap

    As I understand it gas tank from 53 to early '57 were not vented and required vented gas cap. Starting in mid '57 the tanks were vented and no longer required vented caps. Corvette vendors, that I checked, sell same vented gas caps for all C1's.
    I am looking for a non-vented cap for my late '57, does anybody know if they're available?

      NAPA #703-1205 is a functional non-vented replacement; another one is Stant #10810, and another is Standard #CST-6810.
