    Fuel tank sending unit wire

I have searched the archives for information on the wire from my fuel tank sending unit, 1971 C3. It is the push on type with the rubber elbow. LL does not have it as a repair item, only as the rear harness assy, which I do not want to do.

I have seen this type of connector on other parts, temp senders or oil pressure senders, just don't remember where else to look.

    Thanks,
    Ken

I suspect you'll grin if/when you walk the connector into your local NAPA parts store, hand it to the counter man and ask for a replacement. Most of the larger NAPA stores maintain an inventory of various auto electric connectors that they can draw on, plus their catalog(s) are pretty complete with pictures/PN's of the commonly used connectors that can be delivered from the local warehouse in 24-hours...

Thanks Jack, that was way to easy. I am over thinking this vintage stuff.
