Does anyone know where you can buy the correct green paint for instrument clusters?

Re: Instrument Cluster Paint
One day I took notice the inside of my instrument housings paint was pealing on my old 59. I used med green paint tint, (small tube) and water based flat bright white quality paint. The factory didn't use primer, I believe this is why it pealed and lifted. I stripped old paint, (kept a large original paint chip) to match original color. Sprayed inside instrument housings with white primer, then mixed tint with flat bright white paint and sprayed a test sample adjusting tint to achieve proper color. Applied three light coats and baked at 225 degrees in my easy bake oven for about forty minutes.
That was my first instrument restoration nineteen years ago. Sold the car and recently, four to five years ago replaced speedometer bezel and took a peek behind the bulb access hole to see how the paint held up, and it still looks new after fourteen years.
