Walmart auto department, right on the battery rack. If you are opposed to Walmarts, some FLAPS sell them as well at a slightly higher price.

The HF tenders aren't as fancy as some others. I don't know if they shut off or not. I was wary of buying them, since a lot of what HF sells is, in MHO, junk. You have to be careful what you buy. But again, I took a chance and they have worked out fine.
