    L36 vacuum advance line

Did they run a hose from dis. to the carb, or use a steel line between the carb and dis??? like on the small blocks.

A steel line was used. However, there was a length of rubber line used between the distributor and the steel line and another very short length of rubber tubing used as a connector between the steel line and the carburetor. The set-up was essentially the same as 1969 small blocks.

Do you know how sells the steel tube, I can only find the small block line,

Dr. Rebuild has it. However, I think the 69 small block and L-36 steel line are the same. The only difference in the set-up is that the rubber line connecting the distributor to the steel line is a little longer.

          James,
FYI, I believe the correct original rubber hose had a prominent white line on it.
