66 rear spring info

I'm restoring a 66 bb car and the rear spring does not appear to be correct. It does have 9 leafs but no turnups at the ends.
If I were to replace the spring, What would be the correct spring?
I see the f 41 -7 leaf is being reproduced, will that be correct, and will I need to change other pieces to keep it correct.
should I be looking for another 9 leaf? BB with HD rearend.

Big-blocks used the same 9-leaf spring as small-blocks, unless they had F-41 (which was only available with L-72). Eaton Detroit Spring has an excellent reproduction 9-leaf spring - just needs re-painting and Quanta liners. I believe they also have a 7-leaf if that's what you need.
