    A/C plenum door access

It seems I have a vacuum leak on my plenum door actuator or hose. I can hear it, make it go away by changing settings on the heater control but don't know how to get to it. I hear the leak under the pass side dash and above the pass side cowl outside the car.

Any help in gaining access would be greatly appreciated. Pictures?

    Thanks!

You will need to remove the wiper door and the front grill assembly.
This should get you enough room to work on it.
It is a very tight fit in there, I also removed the entire moving assembly just to get a bit more working room. But it may have been overkill a little

The plenum door has three 1/4" screws holding it in.
Be REALLY CAREFULL when taking them out, otherwise they will fall down and will be near impossible to get out. I would work with a 1/4 inch drive socket that has a magnet in it, or ir magnetized.

When putting it back in and together, be sure to not pinch the hose.

Thanks for the advice. I had a feeling that it was under the wiper door/grill. After removing the pass lower dash and not finding it I figured it was there, just wanted to be sure before prodeeding. Thanks!
