need help 61 vs. 62 radiator core support
during current restro....need to replace very tired 62 rad.core support ( w/"x" cross brace )....corvette central has one labeled 1960-1961 for sale....is there any diff. between 61 and 62....adams book says NO...

I believe the very early 61's are the same as 60. The 61 and 62 are the same. 58-60 are different from what you need. Look at Paragon's listing and you'll see what I mean. Also as a NCRS member you can get a discount.

If your 62 is either a 340 or 360 hp, the core support will be drilled for the side seal clips. This only applies to 1962 solid lifter engines.Comment
