I just had a pleasant experience. I shipped my 63 fuelie from Anchorage Alaska via ship to Seattle and was picked up at the docks by Terry of TLC auto transporters. He was waiting for it as it was unloaded from the ship. I could have had one of the "well knowns" transport it but I wanted someone with an enclosed carrier that hauled only a couple of cars. The car arrive today with only a little dust on it. I would recommend TLC to anyone. His carrier has a sleeper which provides additional security. I also appreciated the cell phone calls with periodic updates. His website is http://tlcautotransporters.com/

Re: Car Transport
I used Terry to transport my '64 from Alabama to North Carolina two years ago, and also had a great experience with his service. His communication was great - with me and with the gentleman in Alabama that I bought the car from.
I also liked the fact that his sleeping quarters are in the trailer, so the cars are not left unattended overnight.
If I ever have the occasion to ship another car, he will certainly be the one that I call.
