    help identifying 15 x 5 1/2 steel wheel

I just purchased an old steel wheel from a older gentleman who says it had sat in his garage for over 25 years. It had an old Firestone Deluxe Champion 6.70 - 15 mounted on it. The person told me he had owned about a dozen Corvettes over his lifetime, from late C1s, up to '65 and '66 midyears. It thought this was one the Corvette spare tires.
On the center front face is stamped C on one spider, 13 on another, and then a K1 over 81 (no GM stamping).
On the inside of the wheel is: K181 and a sideways larger 2,
then 15X5 1/2 K with two stamps below of an unreadable single stamp, and then 2 or 21 stamped at an angle. I do not see a distinctive Kelsey Hayes logo.
Appears to have original paint of semi-gloss black, with a duller flat black on the outside face. Three "nubs" to mount a small "dog-dish" hubcap. Has the two bumps near a 7/16ths inch valve stem hole, and is welded construction. Doesn't appear to ever had a wheel weight on it.
I'm wondering if it's a service replacement wheel, or??????
I would appreciate any and all help identifying this wheel. I'll leave photos in two posts.

    Ridge.

This is an 8080 service replacement wheel for 63/4. Lots in the archives.

        Tracy, thanks much!
I searched the archives for a couple of hours today, and found several posts on the 8080 wheels, but no photos for comparison.
I figured it was a service replacement wheel, as I found the remnants of an old sticker on the inside. No part number visible on it, yet had the look of a GM sticker.
        Thanks again, Ridge
