Hee Hee. I'd hate to be him when with an IRS agent looking at his business books and his personal accts side by side.

He obviously advertises in the NCRS Driveline. Why is he still allowed to advertise if he has such terrible business practices, or am I over stepping some kind of boundry with this question?

Most of the time when an incorporated business owner asks you for a check in his personal name it is because he is going to pocket the money. If he brings it to the bank counter they will cash it and there will be no record of it for income tax purposes. If the check is made out to the corporation the bank will not cash it.

O.K. I found him doing business on EBay under the cover of GrayGracy. Won an item with Graygracy and it shipped from Chicago Corvettes. Look out, he is trying to duck his reputation.

There are a couple of procedures I follow outside of Ebay to force people to pay up.
                      1. Contact the State's Attorney Generals office for internet fraud.
                      2. Contact the US Dept of justice, internet fraud division.
                      3. The local police office and talk to someone who could help/visit the guy.
                      4. If he's used the USPS, see if there postal fraud investigators can help.

Always pay with US Post Office Money Orders as it becomes Mail Order fraud and a Federal Offence.

E-bay and Paypal can cause grief for people if the product isn't as described by locking up their accounts until rectified.

Maybe eBay CAN cause grief, but they DON'T
