327 Distributor caps Correct?

Guys, it's been a while and I forget what is correct on distributor caps. Pat Pending on the cap is no deduction, an "R" is one point deduction?? Long Island Corvette sells a pat pend cap for $70.00 does anyone have any knowledge if they pass judging as 0 deduct?? oh yeah 1964 engine 327.

Don't know how the LI cap is judged but here is a picture of a NOS 047 cap.

Somebody a while back had posted really good pictures of the differences of the correct repop and an NOS cap. Repop is prety close but not perfect.
