1964 alternator

Just getting into my new car, going over old judging sheets, it lost 2 points for condition it says, "668" 4 FI... What are they referring to?

Don - I'd say you either the alternator you have is a #668 alternator and it's for a Fuel Injected engine and your engine is not a FI engine, or you don't have a #668 alternator and you should have one for your FI engine. Pete

Don - What is the number of the alternator on the car?

My NCRS Corvette POCKET SPEC GUIDE shows the following:

1100668 37A Base Unit, all Engines

1100669 42A 365 & 375 HP w K66 TI

1100684 60A 365 HP w/ AC & TI
