CORRECT SHOCKS for 67 SMALL BLOCK CAR

What are correct shocks for 67 with small block. I saw in one previous post that shocks should be "double acting" and most replacements are not. What about it from standpoint of ride and judging?

    Thanks for help

The only absolutely correct shocks from an ORIGINALITY perspective would be those with part number 3186906 stamped on the fronts and part number. 3186907 stamped on the rears. These are very hard to find, at least until someone gets a reproduction on the market. Even then, I doubt that they'll be internally the same.

The current Delco replacements, although configured a bit different than originals will perform perfectly. Current shock technology is superior to that of the 60's.
