I certainly have NOT attended a majority of Bloomingtons, nor anything close to that #.
I have, however, attended enough of the ones conducted by Bill Locke to offer my congratulations to Bill for his handling of the complications that, by the events nature, are guaranteed to arise.
I have NEVER heard a story about "lack of cooperation" from Bill, but I have witnessed a number of the good "help" stories in action.
For people at the Chapter level who think that their events happen overnight and by clicking your fingers, choose the next opportunity you have to sit done with Bill and "enter" the Real World" of Corvette shows.

Bill Locke has done a tremendous job in my opinion organizing those Special Collections. I can tell that he enjoys what he does. I'm sure whatever David and Bill has planned for 2010 will be a must see event.

That's right. Years ago, I stopped counting all the Special Collections that I've attended since 1988's Earthquake 88. They have all been excellent and I can't imagine how much time and effort Bill Locke has to dedicate to the organization of the whole collection.
