Hi,
I am working on restoring my parking brake (cables and handle) and wanted to check on a couple of things I didn't find in the archives.
1. Would the finish of the interior parking brake housing (outer section) be semi gloss black? Would Krylon 1613 be the proper rattle can paint?
2. Should there be any paint on the inner shaft (rod with notches) that is attached to the handle, between the handle and where it enters the outer housing?
3. Should there be black out paint on the two rear parking brake cables and spring?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Dennis
