66 holly carb. date on manufacture

My 66 327 350hp Holly carb. is stamped , top 3884505-DA, MIDDLE 3367, BOTTOM 3528. I believe the top and middle numbers are correct but I can't make out the bottom ( date ) numbers. when was this carb manufactured ? Thanks. will I lose pts. if judged. The car was made in Nov. 65

If the bottom number is 4 digits, your 3367 carb is a replacement carb acquired after, I think, 1972. That is when I think they changed from the 3 digit to 4 digit julian dating, day of the year and last digit year.

From the number you posted, the carb was manufacter in December, 1978, or 1988. Maybe 1998, if they were still doing replacements.

The way they dated these replacements, I guess they didn't expect the carbs to last 10 years

Not sure of the deduct but I think it is minor.

i believe the 4 digit bottom # means it is a over the counter replacement

GM service replacement; the service date will result in a 20% deduction (about 8 points).
