    1985 Blower Motor Switch Inop.

    ONLY HAVE "HIGH" SPEED WHEN I TURN ON BLOWER SWITCH. ANY IDEAS WHERE TO CHECK?

    sounds like the blower resistor has opened up. it should be in the air stream held in by some screws with a 4 prong plug. if you lift the hood it is on top of the heater ac housing

      Paul from what I have lightly read in the 85 GM service manual Mike T. has given you some good information.
      High blower speed power comes from a relay directly to the fan motor.
      The other speeds are controlled by the resistors.
