Interior Rear View Mirror / Gas Cap

2 Questions:

What is the finish on the back of a 70 interior day/night mirror? Mine appears to be a high polish, but I can't tell for sure.

What material was used for the gasket on an early (1/70) gas cap?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Joe, The Inside Mirror Should Be Polished Stainless. And I Beleive The Gasket On Gas Cap Was Black Rubber
