late 69 rear bumper bolts

Trying to find out what is factory correct for my rear outer bumper bolts (2) each side
Are they black or cad plated ? with "A" marking on it ?? late 69 , November

Tom,

A, TR, M and RBW are very common for 69's. Those would be grade 5. Most all the 7/16 bracket bolts are black phosphate.

Rich, what about the 2 exterior bolts that hold the bumper on ?
black or cad ?

Tom I do a lot of Chassis judging and what would expect to see is cad plated exterior mount bolt on the rear bumper. The most common letters on the bolt head are ether "A" or "M"s have seen TR and RBW but not often. Paul 18046
