Wiper Door Opens @ Shutdown

My wiper door system was working fine. Then I replaced everything,,, new hoses (wiper and headlight) new wiper acutator, new relay valve, new wiper position valve, new check valve, new vacuum filter. Every part of the system.
Now the wiper system works fine, except that on shutoff the door opens. It will close and work fine on startup.
Is there a typical componet that causes this? I know from reading the archives that one half of the system is leaking down faster than the other half to cause this, but which parts?

Jamie,
You have to test for leaks on the car. The leak could be anywhere in the control system, and diagnosing that by internet is impossible.

Just to satisfy my curiosity: Why did you replace a system that was functioning correctly?

Thanks Terry. I understand the issue with trying to figure out a problem via internet or phone. I thought there might be a standard culprit for this problem, as it must be one of the new componets as all the hoses are new and tight.
As to replacing it all I have been doing a sort of ongoing body on restoration / making it NCRS correct. As the car is original it looked like it was time for new wiring harnesses and vacuum lines. So that was my weekend project. Everything was 40 year old tired, and messed with, but worked. Looks much better!

Also, try re-installing your original wiper door vacuum relay to see if that cures the problem.
