c 2 spare tire lock

I met a member at the Tahoe regional from New Mexico that can install a new cylinder in my spare tire lock but I misplaced his name and number. Anyone have it handy?

A good liklihood here that Peter Lindahl from the New Mexico Chapter can do the 'deed' and may, in fact, be the person you encountered. Peter's a VERY frequent poster on the DB and you can look him up in the Members List (button at the top of this page).

Mike,

I did some business with Pete a couple years ago. He got all my locks and keys straightened out, as well as my friend's locks and keys. He helped with the ignition, the doors, the glove compartment and the spare tire lock. He used correct original key blanks, and stamped the numbers on the key knockouts and the lock cylinders. He did a GREAT job and was VERY reasonable!!! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!! He also knows a thing or two about windshield wiper blades.

Peter is great. He did all my keys and locks for my 67 as well. Wonderful job. Highly recommended.

Second that!! Pete did my 67 and couldn't be happier. Not only did I get the 100% correct keys and locks but better yet made a GREAT friend. I plan on stopping by K113-116 and L113-116 at Bloomington to say hey to him.
