Wanted to share: Nationals swap meet space

Anyone out there have a swap meet space reserved for the San Jose Nationals that they'd be willing to share? Naturally I would pay my fair share of the cost of the space.

I just think that $400 for a space is way too much and am looking for a more economical alternative. $400 would be 10% of a $4000 sales total. In other words the cost of the space would likely eat any profit you could make unless you really sold a big volume. So this high pricing eliminates the little hobbiest guys that have a few parts to share with other members and favors the large dealers.

That's a good idea and I would but to sell 55 vett parts who would buy any ,there are so few owners, now C2 would do good and get 4 people at $100.00 each . The sad thing there are so few people looking and fewer people that would need your part.
Sorry to say but e-bay is the way , you reach 1000.00's of people . At Tahoe NCRS I sold nothing , later on e-bay I sold a part asking at Tahoe for $25.00 and got $110.00 on e-bay.I'll never take parts to a NCRS meet again ($400.00). I never see parts I need at a swap meet any more but on e-bay I find them in time.

Good thoughts. But I miss the face to face opportunity to meet new 53-55 restorers and talk parts. Thought the Nationals might be the place to do so.

Yup. I'm looking forward to seeing you again and having some of that parts knowledge rub off on me.
