Upper steering column bearing for 58

Is the upper steering column bearing the same for a 58 full size chevrolet and a 58 vette? They look the same in pictures. The ones I looked at for the full size chevrolet prices are around 15.00. The ones for the vette are 50.00.

not sure about 58 pass car bearing, but the 49 to at least 52 and possibly 1954 chevy pass cars are interchangable with the c-1 corvettes.mike
