1980 wire harness help, please

I had to repair my electrical wiring in my 1980 an in order to do that I had to remove the dash-pad and the heater ducts.
Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures before I removed this parts and now I can not remember if the wire harness should be tacked behind or in front of the heater duct
Can you help me please?

Paul, Sometimes If You Let The Wire Harness Natural Curve Show You The Way. After They've Be Together For All These Years The Harnesses Tend Mold There Self Into The Correct Position., Hope That May Help Ed (49497)

An Assembly Instruction Manual might help with an illustration. There are AIMs for 1980, arn't there?
