Anyone remember what a "Jac Pak" is??

I had a guy email me that he had an NOS Jac Pak in the box and never used. I had no idea what the heck it was. He sent me a few pictures of the item. Interesting to say the least. It looks like the original Air Ride System.....haha. Quite a unique item to say the least? Are they collectible? I would never put it on my vettes, but it would certainly be an ineteresting conversation piece. What is something like this worth/price I should offer him if interested? Any thoughts.??????

Had one on an old Nova Not rare and they dont work very long. Ebay has lots of them for sale
