    Mystery wheel rim

I have a rim I am trying to identify. It has to be from the 50's but I don't know the correct application. The size is 15 x 5 the lug spacing is 4 1/2" The rim has nubs around the perimeter to hold the wheel cover on. The center section is revited to the outer section. The valve stem is a larger diameter. The only id I see ont he rim is the letter "M" or "W". Does anyone know what car it is for?

I believe Chrysler products used a 4 1/2 inch bolt circle,"Back in the Day"

70 chevy used a 15 x 5 wheel that worked great with a radial tire for a spare in a mid year, i used to have standing order at my local junk yard, don't remember if they were welded or riveted, but it sure looks familiar.

If it fits the '63, the bolt circle is 4 3/4, not 4 1/2.

It must be 4 3/4" then because it does fit the 63.

Looks like a 55-56 passenger car wheel to me. Riveted. 15x5 Incorrect profile on the center section for Corvette. Large valve stem hole. No double bumps next to the valve stem hole. Bumps along the outside for wheel cover retention. 55-56 Passenger car.
