70 TI Ignition BB? Number?

I think this might be a good question:

In 1970, every place I search (even my own site) shows only one number for cars with TI ignition distributor! This number is the LT-1 distributor!



The AIM shows K66 canceled as an option.

So the question is:

Was there a Big Block optioned with K66 TI, or is this a misprint. In contrast to this, if there was a K66 big block what is the distributor part number? Or was it the same as the LT-1?

What BB engine suffix are you finding, and where are you finding it, for 1970 BB with TI.

Hint -- there were none. The only way to get TI in a Corvette from the factory in 1970, was to buy the LT1.

And you are right -- someone knows the answer.

I'm with you on this! I'm pretty sure I looked in the spec guide and it shows suffix codes for BB with TI for AT and MT Trans. I'll double check this when I get a chance and I might be nuts. I don't have a copy here to look at!

Now all one has to do is to find a car that actually has an LS-5 with one of those codes. I think one will be looking for a LONG time.
