    Looking For The Correct Placement On Decals On Radiator and overflow tank , The Numbers are #8 And #3.This Car Is A 68 Small Block 327 Alum. Rad And Over Flow Tank. Thanks Ed

    There is no 'correct' placement which is why most decals & labels come without instructions for placement. The lion's share were hand affixed introducing the 'human factor' aspect of exactly where they were placed and their orientation.

    You can look at some of the pictures shown in MF Dobbin's 'Fact Book' and get a feel for where they were on a few other cars. But, that's about as close as you'll get to being factory 'correct/original' unless you actually recorded where they were on your specific car...
