1957 Convertible Top Mohair

When I bought my '57 in Nov. 1964 it had the original soft top, rear bow mohair and compartment mohair. The previous owners confirmed the top, bow and compartment had never been replaced and the deterioration indicates that. The top was black and the mohairs were both tan. The car is a mid-December car, #1286. Does anyone else have black top and tan rear bow mohair?

Steven, My S/N 3298 57 had black mohair, both on the fuel tank cover, & rear bow. Also black top. I saved the orig mohair cover, & top, when I replaced it. Is a two owner, 46,000 mile all black origional car. April build date. Barry Holmes #940
