Can anyone tell me where to locate the 67 fan shroud decals for top flight judging?

Hello;

Take a shot at answering your question.

Don't have a AIM or judging manual w/ me but as I remember a tag on each piece before assembly of the 3 pieces was completed.

That would make the most sense as each piece had to be tagged before hand to make sure the proper parts were joined.

There is also the school of thought that says these are tags the vendors like sell, but were not used on a consistent basis originally.
