GM #6264789 is what you're looking for. It's been discontinued for a long time. However, the same cover was used for all 1977-82 Corvettes without radio. I'd try a used parts source like Pacific Corvette (www.pacvette.com).

There was one on eBay a couple of months ago. I do not know if it sold. Doing an automatic notification from eBay might work.
