67 Jack hold down

What is the finish if the double hook for the jack hold down? The parts that are not rusty look chrome or is it cad. plated? Thank you Dale

the jack retainer hooks were originally cad plated.

I think it is just zinc plated. Probably not cad, as mine was all rust sitting the moist jack compartment for many years. Got a repro in now, with my two (yes two) rusted originals sitting in a plastic bag.
