Can anyone tell me if the shroud bolts for a 66 big block radiator should be blunt end or pointed, the ones I bought (swap meet) for the restoration are pointed, about 3/4 of an inch long and have "RSC" head markings. This is for a late build car, in case that matters, thanks in advance, Mitch

Mitch,
For the most part they should be flat end grade 2. Headmarking L, SBC, RBW, RSC, UR, WB and a few others. Here's a pic of some.

Joe,
sure. All original 66-67 and 68 BB fan shrouds I worked on had the flat end grade 2 bolts like I have in the picture. Now thats not to say that someone might have one with pointed tips but that would be the very rare exception.
