Horn button assembly 73 non tilt

I replaced the key buzzer switch (plastic badly cracked) and wedge spring in my column and viola! the key buzzer works as it is supposed to (ie when the key is in the ignition with the door open)

My question is how to properly install the horn button spring, plunger and plunger cap, then add the hardware that the button clips on. When I put everything back together the horn button is not mobile and has no spring(ie does not float to allow you to depress the perimeter). I may have left something out or reassembled incorrectly. Any ideas?

Okay should have gathered up all the parts. Horn is working again despite me! I was missing the 2 retaining rings that are placed under the part that the horn ring snaps on.
