I think that the car has been for sale for a while. At least it seems like an honest description. If you are serious I would have an expert verify the authenticity of the paperwork and go from there. Good luck.

Yup, I agree. Here it is flipped and turned right side up. Looks like a 1500 series passenger car VIN.
