I suspect their stated revs/mi are based on "rigid body" rolling circumference like a steel railroad wheel.
But since pneumatic tires deflect under load, the actual measured revs/mi is two to three percent greater than the rigid body calculation.
Tire manufacturers, then and now actually measure loaded revs per mile, but since these reproduction tire sources are marketing not engineering organizations, I would rely on the old data.
Also, modern repro tires appear to have larger inflated OD and therefore lower revs/mile than when these old sizes were in mass production, so maybe that's the reason for the difference.
