Check your copy of the AIM. You should find a nice pictorial showing the storage of the jack, jack handle and wheel wrench. There could well be a similar picture in your copy of the owner's manual.

But, to simplify, the tire goes into the wheel wheel inverted and the jack lays sideways atop the center section of the spare tire...
