62 Steering Wheel Repair/restoration

I have a 62 wheel that has a broken spoke right in the center. The previous owner said it broke while using it to pull himself out of the car. Is this something that can be repaired and then the wheel restored? If so, any ideas on whom to contact? Thanks.
