i have the body off the frame and getting ready to put it back on, but i would like to put undercating in the wheelwells. in the ncrs tech manual is says " Each front wheelwell is undercoated at the top of the fender panel to about 3" below the fender peak but above the rubber flap on the side" Lokking at the fender i don't know where to exactly start and where to stop. Any help would be appreciated

Re: 1964 wheelwell undercoating
If you center a spray width of about 8"-10" and start where the front wheel opening is and spray to the bottom edge of the rear inner fender you should have it. Remember to cover good along the top fender to avoid stars in your finish paint due to thrown stones.- Top

Re: 1964 wheelwell undercoating
The degree of coverage varied SIGNIFICANTLY based on the human factor characteristics of the worker applying the undercoating. I've seen original cars with a very narrow/short arc of undercoating to others with MUCH wider and longer coverage.
Think of yourself as a UAW worker in hurry to slam the job out as you bend over to spray a semi-circular arc of undercoating and you'll 'duplicate' a factory typical job...- Top

Re: 1964 wheelwell undercoating
Steve,
Download Gimp: http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html
Its a free image editor. Has lots of features like Adobe Photoshop.
Once you download and install it, you can shrink the size of your images and post them. Go to Image > Scale Image
Then adjust the number of pixels (physical size).
Also, if its a BMP you can save as JPEG to get a smaller memory size image.
