Right one: '77 RPO B32 "Color Keyed Floor Mats" (dead sure and a one-off for ONLY 1977!)... I am planning an article about those (in my mind VERY unique) mats in an upcoming issue of the Restorer. I still need to receive my NOS-set from a fellow NCRS "expert" who was proofreading my article, which is complete now except for some more pictures...
To go a bit more into detail: these mats were produced in 4 color-combinations (black/grey, red/dark-red, blue/dark-blue and those pictured brown/dark-brown) to fit the choice of interior colors. So that one shown is for interior colors buckskin and dark brown. -

The mat on the left looks like the usual floor mat to come with '78 and later cars (up to '82 I think, but do not know for certain). And that one was the GM-replacement part for the 77-mats after they have been recalled/withdrawn from market... (More on that in my article then. Let's keep up some tension...
